Quick question: do you receive this card in the mail? I never received mine
and my birthday was over a month ago. I am a current member of the Love Your
Body program. TIA!

I didn't get a card, either. In fact, I forgot about the birthday thing until
I was reading a BS thread here in AF.

Heather, the Body Shop where I signed up for the program gave me a
mini-portfolio on the spot that had one of those little keychain code
cards (so I could get the 10 percent discount on subsequent visits), a
card describing the LYB program, a "Refer a Friend" card and the
birthday freebie card. I had forgotten about the birthday freebie
card after signing up for the program last June; fortunately, I came
across the little portfolio last week and the card was right there.
The birthday freebie card states that it must be redeemed the month of
your birthday; I was asked to show ID when I brought my lotion to the
counter. Interestingly, my LYB membership expired at the end of June
and she did not invite me to re-up for the coming year.

Maybe you could explain that you didn't get a card, either when you
signed up or before your birthday? I hope it works out that you can
get yours!.....Laurie B.

Laurie (and others) thanks for the reply...I remember getting that folder but
I'm clueless as to where it might be residing now. (In other words, I lost
it!) Had I realized I needed it for the program, I would have held on to it in
a visible place. Darn. Do they have a way of keeping a record to see if
you've redeemed the offer?
