Question about "STOP ARTHRITIS" book ...
Posted by Dan Bolser

First, sorry for the crossposting, I am new to
this groups, and I am not sure if people mind
or not...

I got what I thought was spam about...

"STOP ARTHRITIS: Unleash the Natural Healing Within"

I am naturally sceptical about this kind of thing,
but my girlfriend (who has arthritis) finds things
like aromatherapy really useful, and I think so long
as it has a +ve effect, it is good.

Does anyone know about this book? Some of the bullet
points at

http://www.stoparthritisnaturally.com/

made me really curious, so (as I begrudge paying for
most things) I thought I would check to see if any
NG existed. I have to say I was very happy to see that
their are other people out there who are in a similar
boat to my partner - I mean I wish everyone was healthy
and happy, but sadly that isn't true, and it is nice
to know that we are not the only ones.

Can I ask if anyone has info on the following...

Benefits of Glucosamine & Chondroitin Sulfates
(I am not sure which tablets she takes)

Specific Vitamins & Herbs for Arthritis

The 10 Worst Foods to Eat

Safety of Vitamins & Herbs

Tips for Better Digestion
(I didn't know this was related)

Thanks for any help you can give,
Best of health,
Dan.

would go and looked forward to special food and a nice atmosphere. I suppose some
folks still do that.

I don't mind cooking and I'm even pretty good at it but it gets tiresome. But it
seems anymore, when we go out to eat, the impetus isn't appetite. One of us will
suggest going out and ask other where they would like to go. The consensus is
usually, I don't really care, but the kitchen is clean and I'll be darn if I'm going
to mess it up and clean it up one more time today.

I used to wonder at couples who would share a meal in a restaurant with little or no
conversation. Now I understand. Sometimes its enough to just enjoy the peace and
quiet together.

Can you tell I'm ready for the kids to go back to school tomorrow?

I recieved the message too. There's no question that it is Unsolicited
Commercial Email.... it might be spam too, if it was sent out to a
large bunch of accounts at once.

The sender made no attempt to hide the originating IP number, which
happens to be the same IP number of the website... which happens to be
an ADSL account with Packard Bell Internet ... and it's running
Microsoft IIS 4. I hope for his sake he has kept up-to-date with the
various patches, or else it won't be long before his system is hacked.

As for the content, well, after looking at the table of contents (see
the PDF "sample" on the website), all of that is available on the web,
and it's no secret. Just do some searching.
