Sometimes when I move my arms, generally, after I have been up for a
long time. My arms get this shooting pain, thats like.. my nerves
penching, but it generally only happens in my arms and hands,
shoulders, etc.... Could this be arthritis?

Just a thought,,,,, if it is pinched nerves,,,, it can cause the
muscle involved to waste away. Please do not let this just go on.
