Hi Folks I get real stiff in the mornings. It started to happen in the last month or so. Mostly in the hips and sometimes in the hands. I am very active so I do not know why this would be happening to me. Anyways, I am on Glucosomine and chondroitin. I take about 2000mg per day. Hi folks I hope that someone out there can relate or give me some direction. I live a very active lifestyle. I have an acute pain in the shoulder and hip areas in the evenings. It is weird because when I wake up the pain is no longer there. I thought this was from the work outs and so forth but when I even do not do the work outs I get this uncomfortable pain. On a scale of 1-10, the pain is about a 5.

Hello everyone, I was on Vioxx for one year, had to stop due to water retention, the Doc put me on Celebrex, same thing, finally, after taking Bextra for almost a year, comes the news about Vioxx, I stopped cold turkey when the report came out, since that time, Motrin doesn't work, Ecotrin, no, Tylenol, no, so anyone has a suggestion, I am in pain, hips, lower back, name it, it hurts.
