Hello everybody.
My name is Tom Warner and I am a student studying osteopathy in London.
My final year dissertation is about how osteopaths treat osteoarthritis of
the knee.
I would like to hear from anyone who has had, or is having, treatment from
an osteopath for ANY osteoarthritic condition.
I am interested in your comments to the following questions.
1. Did the treatment make you feel better, worse, or have no effect, either
on you as a whole or specifically on your osteoarthritis.
2. Did the osteopath offer any advice on exercise programs, diet or
nutrition, lifestyle changes, supplements like glucosamine or chondroitin
etc, or recommend you try another therapy e.g. acupuncture, homeopathy, or
suggest you may be better off seeing your GP or physiotherapist.
3. What in your opinion, has given you the most relief from your
osteoarthritis.
Thank you for your time.
PLEASE! reply to <feelsropey(at)care4free.net> and put <osteoarthritis> in
the subject field.
Thanks again,
Tom
