Arthur has done that for me butttt, we do not have to post the charter
for people like you as long as your server honors it. You advertise
here and you get reported for doing it. That should be simple enough
even for people like you.
Ya know, its kind of funny. People come here to make money off of
people who should know better, and I am called "asshole". It must take
a really good word to describe you. Things kind of get mixed up in
todays world. People think the world owes them something or they should
be able to do whatever they want. Not going to happen here without
someone getting reported.
