Has anyone had success with removing or adding types of foods to your diet
to help control inflammation?

thanks,

What makes you think it is the food that may make a difference.
In itself it sounds very possible for me and I would like to know.
Can you post here the answers you got?

Sometimes I wonder whether there might be a mental factor involved. If
so, it would be worthwhile to know, I would say.

Do you have any knowledge about applying vit. C to control
inflamation?

I did not read the original post. But some foods do help with pain. There are
great foods out there with vitanutrients that are great to eat.

I been doing the low carb Atkins diet. Lost 50 pounds so far, on my way to 60
pound loss. I feel pretty good so far. Though some physicians will argue about
it causes kidney failure, etc. Actually my kidneys and liver are in better
shape than its been in years.

I came across a site a couple months ago, it mentioned a book to read about
food for pain. Think I will go look it up.
