a friend broght me "natures harmony norwegian cod liver oil,500 ml,"
, tastes AWFUL, what's best way take it orally,smells fishy ??

cod liver oil: An oil obtained from codfish liver,
which is rich in vitimins A and D.
ACTIONS/USES: Cod liver oil was widely used
in cases of nutritional deficiency to supply
vitimins A and D, esp. for prophylaxis of rickets.
It is rarely used now because more efficient and
more palatable agents are available.
What the doctors'/nurses' guide says is that there
ain't a way to make it palatable. No one has ever
found a method to make it taste less AWFUL, or
to remove/mask the fishy smell.

How about mixing it with food to mask taste-odor? Anyone tried that,suggestions?
