Weather affects...

Here in Seattle it's pretty cold, with average temperatures in the low 40's
(I know that's not cold for most people, but we live in a very moderate
climate.) We just got done with a really hot summer (hottest we've had in
awhile with also very very little rain), and the weather tapered off
probably around the middle of October. During the summertime, I think the
humidity was in the 80's and now it's about 73% (today). That seems like a
fairly high humidity to me. About a month ago I started to break out again,
and before that I haven't had a pimple in 6 months or so. Six months or so
I also came off of taking B5, so I dunno if now my skin is catching up or
something. Even if the air is fairly humid, but it's really cold, can that
aggrevate acne as well? Thanks.

Very humid climates make me breakout like the dickens. In contrast, my skin
looks its very best in the winter, when the air is arid and cold.

FWIW

Same here. When it is humid I have worse breakouts, when it is cold
they aren't as bad.

haha..sounds familiar.
i'm irish too btw.
no surprise there.
in winter skin loses even more moisture than usual, so it's even flakier.

for my skin Karin Herzog moisturizers are fantastic, I never get flaky, it is
the first product I have ever used that worked for my skin. I have thick/ oily
skin/prone to breakouts (in winter). If you have similar skin, you should
try KH.

r u shure the oiliness is not a byproduct of dryness? i know this sounds weird, but if your skin is too
dry..then it can become oily..in an attempt to keep itself "hydrated".

yeah I know that happens however, my skin is so weird. so I'm extra oily in
warmer months and I have no breakouts, then winter comes around and I am less
oily but break outs...Its hard to figure out...I'm going to an endocrinologist
soon...have any of you done this??
