- Vit B5
- Posted by billyinkin@hotmail.com
Hi my names Bill and i my early 20s i started to get spots that would
not goo away. then i found a study on the net refering to B5 being a
cure for acne. As soon as i started my course of 7-10 grams a day my
spots relented slowly at first then a total clear up within 1 and a
half months.. honestly guys and girls its worth a shot, give it a go
and dont expect overnight results. but results will be seen within 2
weeks.stick to it, dont take more than 1 and a half grams at a time as
you will ust be wasting it, you will ust piss it straight out. Also
eat plenty of B Vit in your diet to make sure you do not cause a B Vit
imbalance in your body.
The positives of taking B5 over Vit A products is that high levels of
Vit A is toxic to your body and deposits build up in your liver over
time, whereaswith Vit B5 whatever your body does not need you just piss
out. also drink at least a litre of water a day, i used to make a nice
orange squash. The science behinfd it is that they think that the body
every now and then becomes low on co-enzyme A which is directly
derived from pantothenic acid(B5). The body cannot make this B5 by
itself so you need to keep your body highly stocked. Co-enzyme A is
also what scientists think regulates Lipid(fats) metabolisim in the
blood,so it might even have a effect on your cholestrol levels.
Anyways, it worked for me and i hope it works for you all too, i know
it feels like the worst thing in the world but clubbing together and
sharing information is one way we can beat this. I was also using
clearasil morning and night ( twice a day ).

Vitamin A is not toxic if you get it from Cod Liver Oil plus you get
Vitamin D too boot! Vitamin B might work eventually
But what really works is real soap. I mean real soap like what our
ancestors used! Lard based soaps!

that is just ridiclous, vit a is toxic in the high volumes taken with
the various pills and skin creams eg... isotronin. give vit B a go
before anything else. Puresoap what is this guy on??? people trying to
make money out of other peoples misery. good luck everyone.

Bill,
I'd recommend you read the following articles which can more fully
explain my view of Vitamin A.

If someone was to take Vitamin B5, due to it being water soluble
should take it in extremely
small quantities several times per day. Otherwise, they are throwing
their money away.
However ideally, eating fresh food high in Vitamin B5 is always the
best way to go!
