I've been reading a rosacea yahoo group and many have said that they've had
really good luck with controling theirs by sticking to a low carb diet as

I am the recipient of Walter's generosity too.
Yesterday the package arrived and I started using
it immediately. I love the way the Zhongzhou
seems to numb the irritations. I don't apply it
too close to my eyes so it's not bothering them.
It's too soon to tell if it's going to work but so
far, I'm tolerating the creams and they aren't
greasy at all which I'm very happy about.

I received my creams today. I've already applied the Fumanling. It went on
really nice, and it comes in such a fancy container. So far so good....
gonna try the Z tonite. Hopefully my gf won't protest that I smell like
menthol every night.
