Has anyone used Proactiv Solution? If so what were the results? Thanks!

Nothing positive for me. My sister tried it as well and it didn't do
anything for her, either.

my ex tried it, and it did absolutely nothing for her, i'd say it made her
worse, which was enough to scare me away.
i notice from the Klear Action web site that their product is basically an
exact copy of proactiv?
deuce.

The cleanser and toner appear to be 99% the same. The acne repair lotion is
slightly different. The ingredient list is similar, but the ingredients are
in different order.

A friend of mine did not have good results with Procative either, but it and
Klear Action works great for me

(I know, I'm starting to sound like a broken record)

this just proves the theory: what works for one person will do nothing for
another. this is the part of the condition that totally baffles me.. it must
just all be related to skin types.
deuce.

Tried one box of the stuff and it did literally nothing. not to mention they
gave me all kinds of crap about canceling the service and billing when i
gave up on the stuff. The only active ingredient that really does anything
for acne is the 5% benzoyl peroxide in some of the topical solutions
included in the box (i am unsure of the true effectiveness of the sulfur
mask since i didn't use it). The other stuff is just moisturizers and soft
soap. Instead, try OXY bottled soap (10% benzoyl peroxide) or PanOxyl bar
soap (also 10% benzoyl peroxide) twice a day and i can almost guarantee you
will have much better results, along wiht saving around $30 a month. The 5%
benzoyl peroxide in Proactiv will help for minor cases of acne but will do
absolutely nothing for cystic acne. Why bother when you can purchase 10%
benz. perox. solutions at the drug store for a fraction of the cost of
Proactiv? Use regular drug store moisturizers - same stuff. Proactiv is a
total ripoff marketing gimmick in my honest opinion. There is nothing
medically unique about it, yet they charge an arm and a leg for the kit.

I hear you! I tried a few months of Proactive and when I tried to cancel it
was like it was a violation of national security or something. It really
was a horrible experience. I will never purchase their products again.

I don't know why the Oxy Balance 10% BP wash didn't do anything for me. The
ingredients look right. I worked it into the skin for 2-3 minutes before
washing it off, but it didn't seem to fight acne for me. I gave it 3-4
weeks, then decided to try something less irritating.
Right now I'm using Earth Science Clarifying Cleanser in the shower, which
has no BP, and my skin seems better.

Ingredients: Aloe Juice, Glycerine (vegetable), Coco-Betaine,
Cocoamphocarboxyglycinate, Panthenol, Cucumber Extract, Sea Kelp Extract,
Birch Bark Extract, Rosemary Extract, Hyaluronic Acid, Zinc Sulfate, Citric
Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Allantoin, Lavender
Extract, Ascorbic Acid, Fragrance (natural).
