hi folks do you think drinking non-sweet sunrise soy milk would help to prevent acne. If not, what about hormo milk?

I note at http://www.coenzyme-a.com/acne_vulgaris.html that Coenzyme A is the primary deficiency that may cause acne in some. They recommend we take B5 to create Coenzyme A. However my health store sells Coenzyme A capsules. Why don't we just take those instead? :-S

Hi, I've been on 10g B5 (from Holland & Barrat) for 3 weeks and so far I've seen no improvement in acne or oiliness, if anything it's got worse. How long should I expect to wait to see improvements?

When I went to the derm, I explained that benzoil peroxide seemed to help, but I needed to get to the next level of clearness. The obvious step was to try an RX Benzoil Peroxide that included an anitbiotic in it. It wasnt BenzoMycin, but I think something similar. A BP formula that I bought here at a local store ruined my clothing (bleached).
