Somebody here (of the male type) mentioned using concealer recently, I can't
seem to find the post. Whoever you are could you tell me what type/brand you
use and how you use it?
TIA.

I use the Neutrogena Under Cover green concealer to kill the red a
little and then I cover it with the skin tone concealer. Pat it onwith
your fingertip, don't rub it. Another excellent Brand is Physician's
Formula which can be hard to find, but fortunately the CVS near me had
it. This is part of my normal routine now and I think you'll find alot
of guys using it so don't feel bad. It heled me to have someone buy it
for me or you could buy it online too. Hope This Helps.

One great concealer that looks natural and works well just for spot coverage
is the Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals. It's in a powder FORM, but it doesn't
perform like a powder at all! They have both foundations w/SPF15 in a
multitude of shades OR they have a specific concealer called Bisque. Just
the regular Bisque is a lighter shade and has no SPF, and they just came out
with Summer Bisque with SPF20 and it's a different shade that is for
somewhat darker skin. These minerals can be applied dry, or if it's a
particularly dark spot, you can wet the brush too and then buff over the top
when it's dry to blend the edges. I no longer use the foundation all over
my face...I just use it to cover my spots and I'm thrilled with the results!
It looks very natural.
I am not affiliated w/Bare Escentuals at all; I'm just passing on what I
believe would work well for a man. You can get it many places...
www.totalblissbeautyproducts.com , www.bareescentuals.qvc.com, eBay, and if
you have an Ulta Store or Planet Beauty in your town, they sell it there
too. QVC has the best deal on the regular Bisque....they sell it with a
really nice concealer brush made specifically to work best with this type of
cosmetic and the set is $21....considering the Bisque and the brush sell
separately for $18 and $22, it's a great deal, and this stuff goes a LONG,
LONG way! That $21 purchase would probably last someone using it for spot
concealing at least a year.
Good luck

That was me.
I use the Boots 'No. 7'-brand hideaway concealer stick, and apply it with a
cosmetic bud to the affected areas. Only my girlfriend has ever noticed -
nobody else gets that close! She thinks its sexy. Go figure!

Thanks all. Unfortunately I can't find the Neutrogena concealer anywhere,
and the Bare Escentuals Bisque is £24 GBP which I can't really afford. So
I'll stick with what I can get from Boots; No7 Blemish Control Concealer and
T-Zone Clear Up Concealer.
At least I know I'm not the only man walking around with concealer on! And
it's another thing to add to my ever growing cupboard full of acne related
lotions, potions, pills and capsules!
Please God when's it going to end?

Check eBay for the Bare Escentuals (or any other brand!)....there are some
good deals there to be had.

Thanks.

Wow, sorry to hear that...I would've thought you'd have some UK sellers of
this stuff too! Oh, well, good luck finding what you need.

I use Body Shop Tea Tree Oil cover stick when required. ( Ref: 1136)
I think they have different shades - the one the assistant gave me is a
brilliant match and its almost invisible.
You should have no trouble finding it here in the UK, although I bought mine
at Atlanta airport.......
