Whenever winter starts.. my skin gets into extreme dry condition. I
get "fish like scales" on my arms and legs and also on sides of my
stomach area...and I hate those. I don't experience any itching
though. It gets worse whenever I take a shower.

Everything seems normal in summer......................
plz help.

Would you describe your showers as cold, warm, or hot?

Try switching to lukewarm showers. Very hot showers can dehydrate the
skin.

I would also try using lots of "intensive skin therapy" type
moisturizing creams.
