BTW: What "diet" are you on and has it made all of your acne
disappear? Please be specific. Thanks

I eat primarily raw fruits and veggies. Vegetarian. No processed foods.

And you have no acne?

As long as I stick to my diet then I have no acne. I break out when I eat
refined sugar, nuts or take B vitamins.

I don't drink any milk. Occasionally I'll have some cheese. But that's
like once a month. I don't eat any cereal. I will have a piece of bread at
lunch sometimes. My diet consists of raw fruits and raw veggies. Most of
my carbs come from fruit and fruit juices.

Unrelated to skin, but after I had a kid I started to get IBS. Started
feeling queasy all the time, etc. Lots of digestive confusion. After a
year or two of just dealing with it, I heard a tip to try taking calcium
supplements and they have solved the problem (as long as I remember to
take them).
(In my case, I think a calcium deficiency developed from nursing a baby
and that extended calcium loss caused the problem.)
If I pop a calcium tab whenever I drink coffee, my stomach is much less
trouble than it was.. I don't know if this will help anyone else here
with it, but I wanted to mention it because IBS is a pita..
